We will contact you to make confirmation of your booking by email and will proceed from that point.

Deposit

A deposit of $100 must be received by us no later than 10 days after confirmation by us of booking. Full balance must be received by us eight (8) weeks prior to anticipated arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

72 hours from date of booking: Full Refund.
60 days before arrival: 100 per cent refund less deposit.
30-60 days prior to arrival: 50 percent refund less deposit.
30 days or less prior to arrival: No Refund

Should the reservation remain unpaid eight (8) weeks prior to the arrival date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and in this event, the deposit will be forfeit.
